Workathon: Sponsoring Students to Serve

Workathon is our most popular school-wide fundraiser!

 

This year's work day is Friday, May 7th. Crews of students and parent volunteers will head out to complete a day of service for elderly or disabled residents, as well as serve in community areas such as parks, schools, and ministry spaces. These service projects include cleaning, yardwork, and light construction. All projects are done at no cost to the recipient.

 

Why Workathon?

We are called to be a light, to give of our time and talents, and to serve. What better way to demonstrate Christ's love while also helping our school than to give back to our community?

 

This year's $60,000 goal is our most ambitious yet, and provides educational materials and supplies, salaries, facility needs, and general expenses.

Strength, Agility & a Little Wild!

Throw an axe, toss a caber (that's a tree that's been cut down), hit a target, and try your hand at other feats of strength, agility, and athleticism!

Welcome to the Wild Highland Games, where the heavy athletics of the Scottish Games meets Ohio outdoor sportsmen competition. Event winners will be awarded!

When: Sunday, May 16, 2021

Time: Check-in/Registration opens at 12:00, Event kick-off at 1:00PM

ONLINE REGISTRATION SPECIAL!

Sign up online by 5/7/21 to ensure t-shirt size. Online registration closes Saturday, 5/15/21.

ADULT REGISTRATION (18 & up): $30

INCLUDES: Competition, wild game meal ticket, & event t-shirt

TEENS (12-17): $25

Includes: Scaled competitive event course, wild game meal ticket, & event t-shirt

KIDS (6-11): $20

Includes: Scaled event course, meal ticket, & event keepsake

DAY-OF (in-person) PRICING

Walk-ups welcome! Cannot guarantee t-shirt size or wild game as meal option.

ADULT REGISTRATION (18 & up): $40

TEENS (12-17): $30

KIDS (6-11): $25

This family-friendly event includes a silent auction, face painting, balloon animals, a petting zoo, and more!

Additional wild game meal tickets can be purchased for $10 (family meal cap $40; 5 & under are free).
